Individual Sessions

One-on-one guidance, tailored entirely to your family.

Individual sessions are the heart of what I do. We work together closely — just you and me — to understand your child's unique challenges, build practical strategies, and create a plan that actually fits your life.

Sessions are held virtually, so you can join from wherever you are most comfortable. Most families meet weekly or bi-weekly, though we'll find a rhythm that works for you.

Group Programs

You are not alone — and a room full of people who get it proves it.

Group programs bring together small cohorts of parents navigating similar challenges. You'll receive expert-led education, share experiences in a safe space, and build genuine connections with people who truly understand.

Programs run for 6–8 weeks and meet virtually once a week. New cohorts form regularly — reach out to be added to the waitlist.

    Common Questions

    Things families often ask

    Is this therapy or counseling?

No — Held With Care is a parent support and education service, not therapy or counseling. I am a Registered Nurse providing support, education, guidance, and consultation for families navigating childhood mental health and behavioral challenges — not a licensed therapist or mental health treatment provider. If clinical therapy is needed, I'll help you find the right referral.

Do you work with parents of children of all ages?

Yes. I work with parents and caregivers of children from toddlers through young adults (up to age 25). The challenges shift as children grow, and I have experience across the full developmental spectrum.

What if I can't afford the full rate?

I believe every family deserves support regardless of financial situation. A limited number of sliding-scale spots are available for individual sessions and group programs. Please mention this when you reach out — I'll do my best to find a way to work together.

    How do virtual sessions work?

All sessions are held via a secure video platform. You'll receive a link before each session. All you need is a device with a camera and a private space where you can speak freely.

What if I'm not sure which service is right for me?

That's exactly what the free consultation is for. We'll talk through your situation together and I'll share my honest recommendation — whether that's individual sessions, a group program, a workshop, or something else entirely.

    Not Sure Where to Start?
